Ujian HEPA Polistirena Mikrosfera dan Manik, Sfera PSL
Ujian HEPA menggunakan PSL Spheres dan manik polistirena digunakan untuk mencabar penapis ULPA dan penapis HEPA untuk kecekapan penapis dan saiz penembusan zarah min, MPPS; serta penyelidikan mekanik bendalir, kajian penyebaran dan banyak lagi projek penyelidikan dan pembangunan. Isipadu Botol disediakan dalam jumlah botol 15ml dan 100ml, termasuk 1000ml sebagai Pesanan Khas. Sfera PSL ini memenuhi keperluan untuk cabaran zarah dengan pelbagai saiz dan sifat zarah, dan berguna untuk aplikasi untuk menguji kecekapan penapis ULPA dan penapis HEPA. Ia tidak dimaksudkan untuk digunakan dalam penentukuran instrumen atau reagen diagnostik kerana ia tidak mempunyai spesifikasi yang tepat yang diperlukan untuk aplikasi tersebut. Manik lateks polistirena siri ini menarik minat khusus untuk penyelidikan dalam penyebaran cahaya, pemeriksaan penapis berliang mikro dan penjanaan zarah aerosol. Manik polistirena mempunyai ketumpatan 1.05 g/ cm3 dan indeks biasan 1.59 @ 589 nm. Diameter zarah diukur dengan mikroskop optik, spektroskopi korelasi foton atau penyerakan cahaya. Ia dibungkus sebagai ampaian berair pada 10% pepejal mengikut berat. Sfera PSL Ujian HEPA berkisar antara saiz 30nm hingga 3.1 mikron.
